My name is David Horne, I own Viking Appraisal, LLC. a small Real Estate Appraisal firm in Southern New Hampshire. I am a Certified Residential Appraiser in Mass and NH. I am willing to discount a Residential Appraisal by $100. Normally, for a Single Family I charge $300.
